Deadline of Submission: August 7, 2025

Applicants are advised to hand it or send through courier their application addressed to: Southern Luzon State University-Human Resource Management Office, 2F of Administration Bldg., Quezon Avenue, Brgy. Kulapi, Lucban Quezon or at HR Office Administration Bldg. SLSU-JGE Campus, Brgy. Rizal , Tagkawayan, Quezon.

Application Requirements:

Letter stating the specific position applying for (addressed to DR. FREDERICK T. VILLA – University President);
Properly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with latest passport size picture;
Copy of latest performance rating (if applicable);
Certified True Copy of the following:
- – Authenticated Certificate of Eligibility or License;
- – Transcript of Records;
- – Diploma;
- – Certificate of Employment with actual duties and responsibilities and/or Job Description;
- – Certificates or proofs of awards and scholarships received;
- – Certificates and ID of membership to professional organizations and honor societies;
- – Certificates of trainings or seminars attended;
- – Copies of researches, books, and other publications;
- – Certificates or proofs of professional engagements;
- – Certificates of community service rendered;
- – Other credentials as prescribed in the NBC 461 PASUC CCE Instrument.
