SLSU Quality Policy Statement
Southern Luzon State University shall prepare its students for the rapidly changing world by providing quality education. It shall also increase the knowledge base through research; convert new intellectual property into economic development; and provide expertise and innovative solutions to businesses, governments, and others who seek assistance. Cognizant of our strong commitment to excellence, we shall ensure excellence operations and services by implementing and sustaining an internationally recognized quality management system. Through these, we shall:
- • Comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, the mandates of the university, and the requisites of our quality management system;
- • Understand consistently the needs of our internal and external clients
- • Assure our students, local and international partners, and other stakeholders of quality service by offering the best learning experiences, and providing sustainable and innovative solutions to local and global issues and problems;
- • Provide our teaching and non-teaching personnel appropriate capability programs and support, thereby, sustaining quality and competent services;
- • Establish quality objectives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational systems, processes and procedures to sustain stakeholders’ satisfaction;
- • Build continuously God-loving and productive citizen through leadership by example, and by promoting a culture of quality at all functions and levels in the University: and
- • Review and update regularly our quality management system to ensure its continuing relevance and adequacy.
