COMPREHENSIVE EXAM APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Step 1: Proceed to Graduate School Office to get the Application Form and Payment Slip

Step 2: Completely fill-up the application form and proceed to Accounting Office for Order of payment slip

Step 3: Proceed to Cashiering Office to pay for the examination fee of Php 850.00

Step 4: Submit the accomplished application form and photocopy of the official receipt to the Graduate School Office

Step 5:ย  Wait for the evaluation result of the application and the confirmation of the examination

Note: Please bring the summary of your grades or TOR for reference in filing out the application form.

This is to inform you that the Vice President for Administrate and Financial Affairs and Faculty and Staff Development Program will be conducting a training workshop titled “Empowering SLSU Employees with Canva: A Training Workshop on Creative Design for Effective Communication.” The details of the workshop are as follows:

Venue: Computer Laboratory 3C 3rd Floor MIS Building,

SLSU Lucban, Quezon

The objective of this training workshop is to equip our employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to create visually appealing and impactful designs using Canva, a web-based graphic design platform. Participants will learn how to effectively communicate their ideas and messages through various visual materials such as posters, flyers, infographics, and social media posts.

To ensure maximum participation and benefit, we kindly request that each office designate one to two representatives to attend the workshop.

The Commission on Higher Education UniFAST reiterates its warning against social media sites and individuals giving out false information about financial assistance and scholarships offered by CHED-UniFAST, especially about the Tertiary Education Subsidy program.

The TES is not a scholarship but a grant-in-aid program of the government that follows a prioritization scheme to qualify as a grantee. It is SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.

All state universities and colleges (SUCs), CHED-recognized local universities and colleges (LUCs), and private higher education institutions, with an existing memorandum of agreement and compliant with all the requirements of CHED-UniFAST are the only ones eligible to implement TES.

Exercise caution and do not engage in transactions with individuals or groups claiming to represent the Commission or UniFAST. Refer only to official websites and verified accounts for any information or announcements related to programs being implemented by CHED-UniFAST.

For any fraudulent or suspicious activity, you may report it to the Commission and its Regional Offices or to the UniFAST Secretariat and its Regional Coordinators so we can respond appropriately.
