SLSU HRMO ‘s PRIME-HRM application undergoes pre-assessment

Committed to improving the human resource management practices, the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) of Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) applied for the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM). Under PRIME-HRM, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) will assess the HR system of the university and provide technical assistance and developmental interventions, among others. On June 3, CSC started its initial assessment. They evaluated the current HR systems and identified the areas for improvement, ensuring that SLSU HRMO is aligned with CSC’s standards for HR excellence.
