𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗬𝗗𝗦) 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

SLSU in partnership with DSWD Field Office IV-A, LGU-Lucban, and Philippine Red Cross conducted the “HIV Awareness and Capability Building for Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP)-Lucban Chapter, 4Ps Youth Leaders & SK Chairpersons cum Youth Development Session (YDS) Orientation” last December 6, 2023, at the BPY Hall, Lucban, Quezon.

During the activity, the orientation on Youth Development Session (YDS) was discussed by Ms. Arceli R. Obmerga, technical staff from the Office of Extension Services. During which, she gave a brief introduction to the program, including the target beneficiary, length of the project, and encouraged the participants to engage in the program which will start early in 2024. Moreover, Mr. Clodualdo O. Cabalsa, from the Philippine Red Cross, discussed HIV awareness which is a timely topic for the youth participants of the activity.
 

The activity was participated by more than one hundred youths from Lucban, Quezon consisting of 4Ps Youth Leaders, PYAP members, and SK Chairpersons.
