Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) proudly joins the First Philippines Small-Scale Fisheries National Symposium (PSSFNS1) at UP Visayas Iloilo City Campus, October 16-18.
Themed “Small-scale Fisheries in the Philippines are Too Big to Ignore,” this significant event brings together fishers, policymakers, scientists, researchers, and local government representatives to address the challenges faced by small-scale fisheries.
SLSU actively participates in the discussions to create sustainable and viable solutions for the sector, highlighting the university’s commitment to supporting community development and environmental sustainability.
