Knowledge Management Office
The office manages the knowledge resources of the university and strengthens its knowledge dissemination activities, ensuring that the knowledge-based assets it generates are accessible, relevant, and useful to its stakeholders. It has two major divisions: the Research Publication Division and the Knowledge Mainstreaming Division.

• Produces Katok Katalk Reels as a digital initiative for disseminating university research, innovations, and institutional knowledge
• Maintains Southern Luzon Policy Review (SLPR)
- Maintains periodic publication of official research journals:
