The RDLead Program, a component of the Department of Science and Technology’s (DOST) Accelerated R&D Program under the Science for Change umbrella, aims to strengthen research and development institutions (RDIs) and academe by engaging experts with strong leadership, management, and innovative policy-making skills. These leaders are tasked with enhancing the research capacities of their respective institutions.
SLSU’s involvement in the RDLead Program has been transformative. Since SLSU’s program involvement until October 2024, the university demonstrated a remarkable increase in NRCP-approved researchers, leading to this prestigious recognition.
