The university has forged agreements with several other healthcare facilities in Quezon Province, including:
- City Health Office Tayabas, located in Tayabas City
- Rural Health Unit Lucban, located in Lucban, Quezon
- Rural Health Unit Lying-in/Birthing Home, located in Lucban, Quezon
- Lucena Medical Mission Group (MMG) Hospital, located in Lucena City
- Lucena United Doctors Hospital and Medical Center Inc., located in Lucena City
- Tayabas Community Hospital Inc., located in Tayabas City
