Initial Meeting on Project ISKOL
Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) attended an initial meeting regarding a blood-letting project with the Commission on Higher Education Region IVA (CHEDRO IVA), the Department of Health (DOH) – Quezon, and the Quezon Provincial Hospital Network – Quezon Medical Center (QPHN – QMC) on September 11, 2024.
Project ISKOL aims to encourage SUCs and its members to donate blood. In the proposal, the school with the most blood donations will be awarded with any project aligned with the DOH agenda. The target implementation date is next year, from the 1st to the 3rd quarter of 2025.
