Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) and Romblon State University (RSU) entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for academic and educational collaboration.
On February 19, the university president, Dr. Frederick T. Villa, and the vice president for administrative and financial affairs, Dr. Arvin N. Natividad, signed the MOU on behalf of SLSU, and Dr. Merian P. Catajay-Mani for RSU.
Under the MOU, both parties agreed to undertake collaborative instruction, research, training, community-based extension programs, and cooperative use of resources to strengthen research capabilities, among others.
This partnership is a testament that both of the universities aim to enhance their capability-building interventions in all of their academic programs.
